6 emails, and 5 calls with no answer, i finally ordered a oil filter from ebay.

I called him yesterday & he picked up on the second ring.

I have never tried to e-mail, so can't comment on that.

After 11 attempts to make contact he should've returned your call. I don't know what happened there. I've had pretty good luck contacting him & ordering stuff. He's the only FT500 specific parts resource that I'm aware of.
