I'll take a tour through my old emails to confirm, but I'm 99% I wound up using a late-2000 / early 2010s Kawasaki 250 Ninja master cylinder on mine.  Four holes in a plate of 1/4" aluminum and I was good to go.

Brembo has one that is real close. I don't know the part number any longer though. It is probably listed on this site somewhere.
