I have an 1982 FT500 that was a project - but I decided to move on to another one. Iam thinking of parting out the bike.

How do I go about doing this - should I link to my ebay ad - or bypass ebay and just post parts with prices here.

You might want to post ads here to give members a first shot, then if the parts don't sell, try eBay.

Good idea.....I am in Michigan.

Everything must go.

I will start posting soon as I start taking pieces off. I can ship anywhere. Of course - it gets expensive when it goes overseas

What does the bike look like? Is it nice enough that it should be kept whole? Shame to part out a clean bike.
