Looking for some info on the starter pinion bushing.

I needs some help wit my starter. I rebuilt the starter on my ascot and for the most part it works now, but I was looking at the pinion gear today and noticed the bushing in the crankcase is oblong.  Is there a way to get it out and where can I get a replacement cheap? Any help would be appreciated.
