Ignition coil spacers

I need 2 of the collars/spacers that fit between the ignition coil and the frame  on an '82 FT500. OR if somebody could get me the dimensions, inner, outer diameters and length I could fabricate from something. The Honda part number is 17202 415 000.

Length=.862" OD=.320" ID=.245". None of the dimensions are critical; the ID has to be big enough for a 6mm bolt to pass through, and the OD could be as large as .5". The spacers could be made from 5/16" rigid fuel line.
