Hello everyone!

Newbie on this site, but had one 1983 model for five seasons now.

I rebuilt the engine with some used and some new parts.
Now it has camshaft ground by Webcamshaft to "first stage" (I think), harder valve springs, free-flow air cleaner and original muffler (nothing else left inside but steel).
Front gear is +1 tooth.
I think there is #150 main now. I'm not sure bout slow jet. Maybe #60. Didn't look yet.
I have a "lamba-sensor" in right side tube and it shows rich mixture almost all range. It's around 10 degrees C here now so it will be richer on real summertime.
I haven't run it yet over 4500 rpm, so this is maybe too early to start banging my head to wall...
Any recommendations for new carb jetting for this kind of mod? I use it as a commuter and some highway use.

Hello Jon. The 60 slow jet is on the rich side; try a 58. If you haven't had it over 4500 yet, it's too soon to talk about the main jet. ;) Depending on how free-flowing your air cleaner is will have a drastic influence on main jet size.

Thanks for info, Scottly. #58 is now on and it seems to be better.
Just need some more riding to find proper main jet.
